Key Responsibilities:
The School Social Worker will be responsible for managing the clinical components of our educational programs. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective treatment plans, staying informed about the latest research, and adjusting programs to meet the changing needs of our students. This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Director of Education.

Requirements:
Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work, hold Connecticut certification in School Social Work, and have at least three years of relevant experience. A Connecticut social work license is beneficial. Required training includes CPR, PMT, reporting protocols, and maintaining professional boundaries.
