**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our network engineering group, you will be responsible for the design, migration, implementation, enhancement, optimization, and maintenance of LAN/WAN/Video/Voice/desktop infrastructure.

This position requires strong technical expertise in network integration and consolidation efforts across multiple systems environments. You will work with engineers on various technical projects, including network consolidation and integration, architecture designs and updates, site renovations, and relocations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and assist with network integration and consolidation efforts across multiple systems environments.
  • Address and resolve technical problems of moderate complexity relating to the installation and upgrade of network hardware and systems.
  • Interface with customers, vendors, and other technical staff to analyze business and technical requirements.
  • Document engineering standards and support the development of network architecture and engineering designs and changes.
  • Assist in evaluating current and emerging technologies, conducting technical assessments, and making recommendations to senior engineers.
  • Show strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Effectively complete individual projects and tasks with some oversight.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on LAN/WAN infrastructure.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Poly required.
  • Strong knowledge of routing protocols BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF, as well as hands-on configuration experience with GRE and IPSEC Tunnels.
  • Experience with network monitoring, fault management, and performance analysis tools, such as SYSLOG, SNMP, What's Gold, Solarwinds, etc.
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure and experience with Cisco routers and switches.
  • Experience with network security concepts, best practices, and technologies, including SSH, IPSec, TACACs, firewall policies, and 802.1x.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
