Job Summary

Rogen And Avelino A Law Corporation seeks a highly skilled and bilingual Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients
  • Greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and friendly welcome
  • Answer all incoming calls, responding to client inquiries and concerns
  • Calendaring appointments and scheduling meetings with clients and staff
  • Process payments and manage client accounts
  • Assist the back office with case management and administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Working Hours: Part-time position from 9am - 3pm, Monday through Thursday or Monday through Friday
