Job Summary

The County of Sonoma Department of Health Services is seeking a Registered Behavioral Health Clinician to join their team. As a Registered Behavioral Health Clinician, you will provide recovery-oriented behavioral health interventions and services to adults, families, and children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling, case management, crisis intervention, outreach, and other related support services.
  • Work closely with external agencies to ensure excellent services and follow-up support for clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
Requirements
  • Valid, current registration with the State of California as an Associate Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Intern, Registered Psychological Assistant, or Registered Psychologist.
  • Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
