UAS Assessor

HealthCare Support is currently in search of a UAS Assessor to join a distinguished Healthcare organization serving various counties in New York.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform initial nursing evaluations in accordance with UAS Assessment protocols for new members, followed by a secondary team to ensure ongoing care
  • Conduct an average of 2-3 visits daily
Essential Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse License in New York State
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
  • Experience with UAS assessments
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
