UAS Assessor

HealthCare Support is currently seeking a UAS Assessor to fill a position with a reputable healthcare organization across various counties in New York.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform initial nursing evaluations following UAS Assessment protocols for new patients, with a subsequent team providing ongoing care.
  • Typically conduct 2-3 patient visits daily.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Valid NY State RN License.
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
  • Experience with UAS assessments.
  • Possession of a driver's license and access to a vehicle.
