Key Responsibilities

  • Perform battery tests, installations, and battery pack rebuilds, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring a visually appealing store environment and accurate inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds, have a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate simple math, percentages, and ratios.
