Job Title: Experienced Hospitality Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at Just Eat Local. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable time at our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and serve guests in a friendly and attentive manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop product knowledge: Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of our menu, beverages, and services, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  • Work effectively as part of a team: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment: Adhere to health and safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Meet sales and service targets: Meet or exceed sales and service targets, and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Product knowledge and training: A willingness to learn and maintain a thorough understanding of our menu, beverages, and services.
  • Availability and flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
