Job Summary

The Floor Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facility's flooring. This position requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain flooring throughout the facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  • Take necessary safety precautions to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, including maintenance and repair tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • 1-2 years of experience in carpet and vinyl plank maintenance preferred.
  • Previous floor technician experience in long-term care preferred.
