About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technician to join our team at Medical City Fort Worth, a Magnet Designated hospital and part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform sonography/vascular procedures as outlined by the State of Texas and departmental protocols, including neurological disorders and stroke, oncologic and cardiac services.
  • Work in conjunction with the Chief Tech, Imaging Manager, Director and Medical Staff to improve patient and work flow via providing support, education and leadership to the technical staff.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and create positive patient interactions that are valued by our organization.

Requirements:

  • Maintain and achieve daily productivity and quality assurance standards set by management.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of clinical procedures, equipment and policies necessary for job performance, including neurological disorders and stroke, oncologic and cardiac services.
  • Provide customer needs support for the Ultrasound area of the Imaging Department.
