Job Description

As an Electro Mechanical Technician Leader at GE Vernova, you will be responsible for monitoring performance and taking proactive action to solve problems and mitigate risk to key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians in performing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, CNC, and PLC repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitor performance and take proactive action to solve problems and mitigate risk to key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective technical services.
Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Leadership and management experience in a technical services environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
