Company Overview:
The DePaul Group is a leading organization in the construction industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. We are currently in search of an experienced Asphalt Paving Supervisor to join our team for the upcoming construction season.

Position Summary:
The Asphalt Paving Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing various paving projects across multiple counties. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all resources, including machinery, workforce, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure adherence to cost management, quality standards, productivity benchmarks, and safety protocols on all projects.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of material quantities and labor hours on a daily basis.
  • Provide training, guidance, and constructive feedback to operators, drivers, and laborers.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within asphalt paving.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with PennDOT or similar DOT/Municipal projects.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a crew effectively.
  • Familiarity with the tools and equipment used in the construction and maintenance of road surfaces.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal Traffic Regulations and Guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work day or night shifts based on project requirements.
  • Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • NECEPT Certification is preferred.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of heavy highway construction work.
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, using proper lifting techniques.
