Job Description

The Associate Director of Data Management will oversee the management of clinical data for Bicycle Therapeutics Limited, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion of projects. This role will be responsible for leading one or several programs, including study set-up, data capture, review, cleaning, and delivery, as well as close-out activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Clinical Data Management, with experience in Oncology therapeutic areas and a proven track record of contributing to influential leadership on DM activities. This individual will be responsible for all DM deliverables, providing quality and project oversight, and representing Data Management on cross-functional project teams and submission teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead one or several programs with accountability for all DM activities in Bicycle clinical studies
  • Ensure timely and high-quality data management deliverables supporting the Bicycle Portfolio
  • Provide strong quality and project oversight over third-party vendors
  • Represent Data Management on cross-functional project teams and submission teams
  • Serve as the in-house DM point of contact at the program level, in all interactions with vendors, and provide review and approval for both DM functional documents and other relevant study documents as needed

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree preferred or bachelor's degree with extensive years of DM work experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry required
  • Good Clinical Practice (GCP) proficient
  • Broad and advanced knowledge of DM and relevant disciplines related to clinical development and clinical studies
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects, strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrable leadership
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
