As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Your expertise in construction management will be instrumental in driving quality, safety, and efficiency across all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.


• Oversee the management of vendors, site designs, material ordering, progress monitoring, and site utility coordination.


• Develop estimates for new site development and capital improvement projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.


• Ensure all product lines are constructed within the established quality and safety standards.


• Meet project timelines and deliver high-quality products, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.


• Troubleshoot, negotiate, and mediate client or subcontractor issues that arise during project execution.

Requirements


• Four-year college degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or Planning, or equivalent work experience in the wireless site development industry.


• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in wireless site construction and/or other construction-related disciplines, such as civil or building construction.


• Strong working knowledge of the wireless tower industry, including citing and construction, engineering, zoning, tenant and ground leases, utility easements, and regulatory compliance.


• Demonstrated expertise in managing wireless site construction through prior experience with network deployment projects or construction management responsibilities.


• Sound financial analysis and budgeting skills, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.


• Approximately 80% travel may be required to support project execution.


• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.


• Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results.


• Strong organization skills, with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks within agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
