Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality by testing finished products, recording results, and reporting any deviations to management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Record and report any deviations or non-conformities to management.
  • Verify adherence to formulas and procedures, and ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are followed.
  • Collaborate with production team members to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with IFS standards.
  • Test incoming raw materials and maintain quality records as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to grasp, move or utilize objects, tools or controls. Must be able to reach with hands and arms and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to balance and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee is occasionally required to use sensory perception for quality measurement of products.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and regularly lift and/or move 5-10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
