Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and report on quality data from production operations.
  • Conduct quality observations and audits throughout the facility.
  • Identify and document substandard products.
  • Communicate quality issues to relevant personnel.
  • Maintain plant organization and housekeeping.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.

Working Conditions:

  • Manufacturing plant environment.
  • Exposure to noise, heat, and cold temperatures.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting.

Environmental, Health, and Safety:

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for compliance with company and governmental safety, environmental, and hazardous materials regulations.
