Family Nurse Practitioner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading clinic staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring accurate completion of patient charts, and maintaining confidence and credibility with all employees.
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians, while maintaining behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Family Nurse Practitioner License
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including holiday pay, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and work-life balance. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to participate in community events and outreach programs.
