About the Role

Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care within rural communities.

Job Summary:

The Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health plays a vital role in fostering a supportive team environment while providing high-quality medical services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and ensuring quality professional services
  • Manage patient diagnostics and treatments, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients on continued treatment and care
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines, including working knowledge of health information management issues such as HIPAA
  • Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
  • Perform therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care

Requirements:

We are looking for a qualified candidate with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner License. At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.
