Maintenance Worker Job Description

As a Maintenance Worker at McDonald's, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filter oil fryers daily to maintain food safety and quality
  • Clean equipment, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
  • Take out and empty trash compactors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roofs to ensure proper ventilation and lighting

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality and safety
