We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on the national average for similar positions in the industry.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in safety management, while working with a dynamic team at AECC-Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corp.

As a Summer Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Safety Department with editing and updating training materials;
  • Assisting with training matrix updates and data entry;
  • Providing administrative support for health and safety procedures and records;
  • Collecting and documenting safety data.

You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the success of our safety initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • A valid driver's license.
