Position Overview:
Our client, a prominent multi-hospital health system, is in search of a Provider Compensation Consultant to enhance their operations.

Position Type:
This is a Remote Direct Hire opportunity, requiring attendance at occasional in-person meetings throughout the year. The annual compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research, develop, model, and recommend compensation structures for physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Engage with recognized physician compensation surveys, including Sullivan-Cotter, MGMA, Hay, Clark's, and HCS.
  • Create reference materials that clearly articulate the Physician compensation programs.
  • Design and recommend compensation strategies for both general and specialty physicians, ensuring data integrity through comprehensive analysis of compensation and productivity metrics.
  • Oversee the job evaluation process, collaborating with management to craft job descriptions that meet internal standards and accurately reflect essential functions.
  • Ensure compliance of physician and advanced practice provider job descriptions with established standards and programs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Compensation, Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related healthcare discipline.

  • Experience with incentive compensation models and professional billing is preferred.
  • Residency in PA, NJ, or DE is required.
