Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients in locating and maintaining permanent housing
- Provide information, referrals, and advocacy services for local and out-of-state housing
- Develop and maintain a resource network for referrals
- Collaborate with DSS, property owners, and other service providers
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
- Two years' experience working in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- $25.04 per hour
- Overtime available
