Job Overview

The Construction Project Manager will oversee a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and making adjustments to maintain project timelines, as well as managing documentation and ensuring high-quality work at the job site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction projects from start to finish
  • Plan, schedule, and make adjustments to maintain project timelines
  • Manage documentation including project construction schedule, submittals, change orders, purchase orders subcontracts, and RFI's
  • Ensure high quality of work at the job site
  • Maximize resources and optimize budgets
Requirements
  • Active US Government security clearance (Top Secret) is required for this role
  • Bachelor's in construction related field highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 Schedule and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with general contracting including Tenant Fit Out/Improvements and SCIFs for government projects
  • Familiarity with Design-Build, Preconstruction, Self-Performance and subcontracting (Specialties), JOCs / IDIQs, Sustainable Design and Construction
