About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Enterprise Mobility Inc. as a Vehicle Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our fleet maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance inspections, including tire checks, brake checks, and fluid level checks.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations, according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Repair and replace tires, as well as replace wearable parts, such as bulbs and wipers.
  • Maintain accurate repair records and document all work performed.
  • Comply with inventory tracking procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all vehicles are safe and reliable for our customers.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an automotive repair shop, servicing current model vehicles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Degree in Automotive Technology or completion of an Automotive Technical College or vocational training preferred.
  • AC Recycle Certification preferred.
  • Must possess OEM training/certification or a minimum of 4 Automotive ASE Certifications (A1-A9).
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
  • Basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.
