Job Summary

The Excess and Surplus Lines Service Team is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to provide analytical and administrative support to the team. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the resolution of reported issues, balancing customer service and issue resolution with expertise and professionalism
  • Analyze and identify the sources of application problems and work with IT to resolve them
  • Manage and maintain user rights credential provisioning and communication
Requirements
  • Experience in commercial property and casualty insurance highly desired
  • Experience working on policy issuance systems with underwriting and testing knowledge of Excess and Surplus lines highly desired
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt in an exciting, fast-paced environment with unpredictable deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills via multiple different communication channels
  • Highly proficient in multi-tasking and workload management
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team member
