Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and submit revised course outlines utilizing the designated format
  • Ensure course materials meet established competencies and measurable outcomes
  • Evaluate student feedback on course instruction each semester
  • Design and deliver assigned courses effectively
  • Document both in-class and out-of-class assignments in the course outline as required
  • Promote student retention through proactive communication with learners and administrative staff
  • Participate in program and course evaluations to guarantee student learning achievements
  • Timely submission of midterm and final grades
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Dean of Academic Affairs

Essential Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or master's degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred
  • Familiarity with accreditation standards and curriculum design
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in the field
  • Experience in online teaching or utilizing educational management systems
  • Experience working with diverse student demographics
  • Flexibility in work hours is essential
  • Proven track record in teaching, research, and service within relevant academic areas
