Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Warfare Analyst to join our team at Inflow-ns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to USSTRATCOM JEMSO missions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis on the impact of existing and emerging electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) threats to joint operations.
  • Assist in planning and executing teams to develop evaluation plans and reports, and coordinate with units and venues.
  • Work with partnering agencies to support data collection, reduction, or EMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of demonstrated relevant experience in the US Army or USMC, to include experience in EW, ADA/Radars, Fires, Spectrum Management, or SIGINT/ELINT.
  • Experience with EMS and non-kinetic effects planning, execution, and evaluation processes.
  • Experience developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet mission requirements.
  • Experience in tactical and operational level targeting processes.
  • Understanding of current US Army or US Marine Corps capabilities and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO.
  • Possess written and verbal communication skills to draft objective and credible reports and deliver briefs with minimal need for editing and corrections.
  • Active Top Secret clearance.
