We're looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions. Key Responsibilities

  2. Code Quality and Maintenance: Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.

  4. Data Analysis and Visualization: Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
  5. Problem-Solving and Improvement: Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.
  6. Community Engagement: Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies.
  7. Team Collaboration: Takes initiative in finding solutions to complex problems, utilizing analytical & problem-solving skills, and possessing adaptability to change.
  8. Culture and Diversity: Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Required Qualifications

  1. ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Formal training or certification on ServiceNow platform concepts and proficient applied experience.
  2. Module Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow Modules.
  3. Scripting and Front-end Technologies: Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide scripting) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular).
  4. System Integrations: Has experience working on system integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API.
  5. Analysis and Problem-Solving: Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  6. Debugging and Monitoring: Can debug issues and find new ways of proactive monitoring to ensure platform stability.
  7. Mentorship and Communication: Ability to mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  8. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills should be able to clarify requirements with stakeholders and well as work collaboratively with the team.
