Position Summary

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the integration of our platform within school districts across the country. Reporting to the CTO/Co-Founder, you will leverage your expertise to ensure that our clients experience a smooth transition and derive maximum value from our software.

Your primary responsibility will be to guide districts through the implementation journey, from initial customization to full deployment. By emphasizing a rapid launch process, you will manage multiple client portfolios effectively, ensuring each district is well-prepared to utilize our platform.

This role requires a presence in our Boston office, and candidates must be prepared to travel frequently to meet with clients.

Key Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client requirements and obstacles.
  • Develop customized implementation plans tailored to each district's needs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to secure project commitment.
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing assistance.
  • Become a subject matter expert to support client interactions.
  • Advocate for product enhancements based on client insights.
  • Maintain precise client records and project documentation.
  • Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Travel to client locations as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Must be based in Boston or willing to relocate.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing technical roles.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and sectors.
  • Collaborative team player with a capacity for independent work.
