Job Opportunity

Prem Corp is seeking a skilled Apprentice Installer/Fabricator to join our team. As a key fabricator and finisher of custom extruded aluminum Canopy Systems, Walkway Covers, Awnings, Trellis', and other Custom Architectural Elements, we are passionate about engineered to order solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the fabrication and installation of aluminum architectural products
  • Work in the shop and in the field, assisting crews with installation and repair
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Learn all methods required to advance from apprentice to experienced Installer & ultimately Crew Lead
  • Assist in keeping track of all equipment, supplies, and product
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Able to climb ladders, work off of lifts & not scared of heights
  • Drive to job sites in company trucks from the shop, on the clock with pay
  • Some travel required (per diem provided)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience & familiarity working with hands
  • Ability to read blueprints/ shop drawings
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Reliable, and willing to work overtime as required
  • Weekly pay
