Job Description

• In the weaver operator position, you will be in charge of making circuit looms, bombing the yarn, and ensuring the quality of the product
• You will pick count and identify any defects or anomalies in the fabric as the machine will not work when there are defects.
• You will also flag down the fixer apprentices if you identify a quality issue.
• You will work primarily on the air jet loom and Rapier loom and can work in the carbon room for additional compensation.
• This role offers growth opportunities within the company.

Hard Skills

• Setting up the weaver machine
• Threading needles by hand
• Inspecting product to ensure patterns are correct

This is a fully on-site position in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina.

Work Environment

7a-7p, 2x2x3 schedule. One opening on A shift and the other on B shift.
