  • Create work schedules for all staff
  • Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and employee relations matters

  • Manage inventory effectively
  • Ensure proper maintenance of the facility
  • Maintain cleanliness in the shop, showroom, and restrooms

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
  • Preferred 3+ years of management experience in a retail or automotive service setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with co-workers, management, and customers.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Flexible work hours, including Monday to Saturday, with potential overtime. The role involves physical demands and extended periods of standing.
