Job Title: Manager in Training

The Manager in Training is a key role at Belle Tire, responsible for driving customer satisfaction and store operations. As a positive, high-energy individual, you will lead local efforts to reinforce Belle Tire's culture and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Assess customer needs and provide Belle Tire solutions accordingly.
  • Follow Belle Tire's Sales Process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage cash drawers, reconcile daily cash, and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Direct workflow in the service department and meet/exceed defined goals and objectives.
  • Handle day-to-day paperwork, including retail operations and employee management.
  • Coach, manage, and develop store employees to achieve success.
  • Write store schedules, assist with hiring, and address employee relations concerns.
  • Understand and analyze store profit and loss statements, manage inventory, and maintain facility cleanliness.
Requirements:
  • 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3+ years of management experience in retail and/or auto service
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Varying work hours, including overtime
