Position Overview

ATCS is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a dedicated and skilled Land Development (Site/Civil) Project Engineer. This role is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our Site/Civil team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of high-quality project outcomes

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
  • Possession of an EIT and/or Maryland PE license
  • 2-5 years of experience in private-sector land development engineering

  • Familiarity with state and local design and development regulations
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D software

The position also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, targeting 2% of the employee's annual salary.
