Job Responsibilities
- Perform boundary, ALTA, easement, deed, and title review, including detailed research at town, county, and state levels.
- Prepare computations packages for field crew and provide specific guidance and instructions as needed.
- Review drafting work performed by Draftsman and draft plats using field data as needed.
- Read, plot, and locate land descriptions pertaining to easements and parcels.
- Familiarity with all phases of surveying, including boundaries, topographic, platting, construction stake-out, etc.
- Collaborate with project team members and operations staff as needed, including assistance with estimated prices for survey projects.
- Interfacing with Clients as needed, in coordination with operations staff.
- Minimum/Preferred 2 years of experience.
- Preferred candidates will have a 2 or 4 year degree in surveying.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to take direction and grow with the company.
- Detail oriented.
- Professional License holders can be given special consideration, but is not required.
