Job Title: Slot Supervisor

At Magnolia Bluffs, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slot Supervisor to join our team. As a Slot Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our slot floor, ensuring that all areas are properly staffed and that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Slot Floor Attendants to ensure efficient and effective operation of the slot floor.
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of cash handling procedures, including verifying and documenting jackpot payouts.
  • Ensure that all slot machines are functioning properly and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as security and marketing, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Mississippi Gaming License.
