About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team at The Hartford. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization and contribute to our mission of making a difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our executive leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting planning.
  • Manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless execution of administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients.
  • Prepare and edit presentation materials, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Initiate timely and professional responses to emails, voicemails, and written correspondence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support special projects.
  • Plan and execute offsite and virtual events, including negotiations with vendors and coordination of logistics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience supporting at the executive level.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, but not necessary.
  • Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong computing abilities and power user of critical technology applications, including Microsoft 365 and Workday.
  • A high level of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impetus for team efficiencies and continuous improvement in routines, tools, and processes.
What We Offer

The Hartford offers a competitive annualized base pay range of $61,760 - $92,640, as well as a comprehensive total compensation package that includes short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
