About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support our Global Reinsurance team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our executive leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our executive leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and clients.
  • Prepare and edit presentation materials, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Initiate timely and professional responses to emails, voicemails, and written correspondence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience supporting at the executive level.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, but not necessary.
  • Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong computing abilities and power user of critical technology applications, including Microsoft 365, OneNote, Workday, and Travel and Expense applications.
  • A high level of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impetus for team efficiencies and continuous improvement in routines, tools, and processes.
  • Must be detail and quality oriented, with ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Efficiency and ability to prioritize and project manage are essential.
