Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bankruptcy Production Specialist to lead a team of Bankruptcy Production Specialists under the Truist Bankruptcy Management umbrella. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bankruptcy procedures and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training and ongoing assistance to new Bankruptcy Production Specialists to ensure a strong understanding of policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist Bankruptcy Managers in completing performance evaluations and provide feedback to Bankruptcy Production Specialists.
  • Recommend changes and improvements in procedures and assist in updates of policy and procedure guides.
  • Assist in on-going monitoring and providing feedback to Bankruptcy Production Specialists to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Lead segments of team and group meetings and handle more complex issues arising from Bankruptcy Production Specialists.
  • Communicate regularly with the Bankruptcy Manager regarding progress of new teammates.
  • Assist in creating and analyzing production reports.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of bankruptcy experience and/or mastery of all skills expected at the Bankruptcy Production Specialist II role.
  • Strong communications and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
  • Solid understanding of bankruptcy procedures.
  • Exceptional team player.
