Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, and administering medications as ordered by medical providers. You will also educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding and translation of complex medical terminology.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor patients for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding.
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing.
