Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and continuous communication.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure proper project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and handover to the client.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field/equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience, with the proven ability to run multiple projects.
  • Automotive or Industrial Project experience, preferred.
  • Experience with cost, scheduling, estimating, and purchasing.
  • Self-Perform and Design/Build experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Scheduling Software.
