About the Role

This senior-level position requires a seasoned professional with 10 years of healthcare human resource management experience, including 5 years at a Director level. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of human resources operations, labor relations, and EEOC laws and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to meet the organization's needs and facilitate effective leadership.
  • Provide daily operational support and direction, setting goals and ensuring accountability for results that differentiate RRMC as the employer of choice.
  • Collaborate across all Human Resources disciplines, interfacing with departmental leadership to maintain optimal relationships and lines of open communication.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business administration, human resources management, or related field required.
  • Professional certifications preferred.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills, able to work in a dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, excellent organizational skills, written and oral communication, and customer service skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $104,000 - $166,000 annually, based on industry standards and market conditions. Rutland Regional Medical Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
