Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food and assisting with kitchen functions. If you have a passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards
  • Starting food items ahead of time and rotating stock as needed
  • Checking pars for shift use and determining necessary preparation
  • Assisting with food cost control and minimizing waste
  • Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment
  • Complying with attendance rules and being available to work on a regular basis
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Finger/hand dexterity to operate food machinery
  • Ability to lift and/or carry goods weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
