Hope Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Training Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and assist residents with daily living activities and self-care tasks
Develop and implement individualized treatment programs for residents
Participate in Person Centered Planning (PCP) meetings, Crisis Team meetings, and staff meetings as scheduled
Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
Administer medications, chart medical issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED, preferred
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
