Our clinic is part of a clinically integrated network that prioritizes high-quality, coordinated care while striving to reduce healthcare costs. We cater to a diverse patient population, including those with commercial insurance, Medicare, and cash pay options. Please note that we do not accept Medicaid.
Work Schedule:
This position offers a flexible schedule, with full-time employment consisting of 28 to 36 hours per week in the clinic, plus an additional 4 hours for administrative duties. Candidates should be available to work one evening per week and one to two half-day Saturdays each month. Our clinic operates with an average patient volume of approximately 2.5 patients per hour, with appointment lengths varying between 15 to 30 minutes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the physician-owner and a team of experienced Advanced Practice Providers.
- Deliver comprehensive and preventative care to patients aged 12 months and older, focusing on treatment decisions and health goal attainment.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical history assessments to establish diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluate and administer necessary immunizations.
- Provide patient education on chronic disease management, medication adherence, and overall health.
- Perform minor procedures, including joint injections and skin-related interventions.
- Manage prescriptions and refills as required.
- Conduct wellness exams for men, women, and children over the age of one.
- Offer virtual/telehealth consultations as needed.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Possess computer skills and a willingness to learn new software.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Preference for candidates with prior outpatient primary care experience.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with previous ER or ICU nursing experience.
- Must hold an unrestricted license to practice as a PA or NP in Texas.
- Certification in Family Practice, maintaining active status during employment.
- Possession of a DEA license.
