We are a skilled nursing facility with a busy inpatient and outpatient therapy program. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients, and we are seeking a talented Physical Therapist to join our team.
About the JobThis is a full-time position with a highly competitive hourly rate and opportunities for career growth. As a Physical Therapist at Windsor Rehabilitation and Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
- Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, modalities, and education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
