Medical Laboratory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Lab Technician to join our team at Protouch Staffing. As a Medical Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Responsibilities- Perform laboratory tests and procedures, such as blood draws and urinalyses
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes and centrifuges
- Record and report test results to healthcare professionals
- Conduct quality control checks on laboratory equipment and supplies
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of laboratory supplies
- Medical Technologist Certification (ASCP) or NCA or HEW equivalent
- 1-3 years generalist experience including blood bank experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
