Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and administer compensation programs, including job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, and compensation survey analysis.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management, HR team members, and employees on compensation-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the compensation team to continually improve work processes and reduce administrative burdens.
  • Analyze and interpret compensation data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
