Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Specialist at Drivers Village, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences. This includes greeting and responding to clients and guests in a welcoming manner, presenting vehicle products and solutions, and providing financial options to satisfy clients. You will also be required to complete certification training for both the dealership and manufacturer, use our customer relation software to follow up with clients, and meet monthly sales goals and quotas. Additionally, you will conduct business in an ethical and honest fashion with integrity, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be able to provide an exceptional customer experience, possess excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and hold a valid NY State Driver's License. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required.
