Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Showroom Representative to join our team at DH Pace Company, Inc. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and sales expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and office personnel to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Provide administrative support to staff, department, and management, including receiving and processing parts deliveries and technician parts picklists.
  • Troubleshoot and assist customers with remote-control setup and provide details about various doors in the showroom.
  • Utilize hand tools, including a gas cutting torch, to cut springs and cables.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable utilizing hand tools, including a gas cutting torch.
  • Required computer proficiency.
